STOP 345 RATES & RENTAL INFORMATION
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH THE RENTAL OF STOP 345?
You get the venue for four (4) hours – 9-1; 10-2; 11-3 etc.; with two (2) free additional hours of set up time (for decorations, food/catering, music set up) prior to your event. You CANNOT bring in any beverages. All beverages (Alcoholic & Non-Alcoholic) must be purchased from STOP 345. There are no outside beverages allowed. All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to be purchased, provided, and served by STOP 345 staff from our fully stocked bars, unless negotiated with management and within the parameters of our beverage service permits.
There are tables and chairs at this location for 150 seated. Tables need to be covered if used. There are additional charges for security and bartenders. This fee is based on the number of people attending your event and is listed below under rates.
Free parking is provided in our dedicated parking lot on Madison Ave.
WHAT ARE THE RENTAL AND STAFFING RATES?
BASE RENTAL FEES:
$1000 Base* Sunday thru Thursday up to 75 guests
$1,200 Base* Fridays and Saturdays up to 75 guests.
$100 Nonrefundable cleaning fee is required for all events and is due when deposit is made.
Our standard base rates cover rental space and staff to accommodate up to 75 people (in our front room only). Staffing of (1) bartender and (1) security person included for the (4) hours of your event. This rate also includes (2) hours free set up time (2) hours prior to your event start time.
Additional staff is added and charged for all events with over 75 guests. This fee is added to the base rate listed. Additional hours over (4) allotted in base rate are calculated at $20 per hour/per staff member booked to cover the total number of guests attending your event.
BARTENDERS & BARBACKS
Bartenders & Barbacks – $20 an hour (4) hour min. for all events. For every 60 people – one (1) bartender and, or (1) bar support is required. (1 bartender included in base rate)
$20 an hour – four (4) hour minimum for all events – plus 30 minutes pre and post event. (1 included in base rate)
For every 100 people – one (1) additional security guard is required.
FRONT ROOM ONLY
For no more than 75 people : $1,000 includes one (1) bartender and (1) security person for up to a four (4) hour event. This also includes a free two (2) hour set up time.

Rates are subject to change without notice during high volume seasons and the days before and after holidays.
