You get the venue for four (4) hours with two (2) free additional hours of set up time (for decorations, food/catering, music set up) prior to your event. You CANNOT bring in any beverages. All beverages (Alcoholic & Non-Alcoholic) must be purchased from STOP 345. All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to be purchased, provided, and served by STOP 345 staff from our fully stocked bars. There are tables and chairs at this location for up to 150 guests. There are additional charges for security and bartenders. This fee is based on the number of people attending your event and is listed below under rates. Free parking is provided in our dedicated parking lot on Madison Ave.
WHAT ARE THE RENTAL AND STAFFING RATES?
BASE RENTAL FEES:
ENTIRE VENUE: STAFF NOT INCLUDED
$1,100 Base* Sunday thru Thursday up to 750 guests $1,300 Base* Fridays and Saturdays up to 750 guests.
BAR SIDE: STAFFINCLUDED
$900 Base* Sun – Thurs up to 100 guests $1,100 Base* Fri/Sat up to 100 guests
Our standard base rates cover rental space, set-up time, access to and use of on site amenities including tables and chairs and private parking. Staffing is based on the number of guests expected. This fee is added to the base rate listed. Security and bar staff are charged at a rate of $25/hour for a minimum of 4 hours. We require 1 bartender and 1 security guard for parties up to 75 guests. We require 1 additional guard and 1 additional bartender for every 50 additional guests.
You are required to use our licensed bar staff. If you choose to hire outside security we need to acquire copies of their security licenses and carry permits. We will still require you hire at least one of our guards as the lead guard.
